In my career, I have taught a wide range of courses encompassing linguistics, translation theory, community and specialized translation, translation and media communications, reception studies, modern Ukrainian literature in a broader comparative context, and intercultural communication. In the Polish Academy of Sciences (2022) and presently at the Ukrainian Institute London, I also teach courses in Ukrainian as a foreign language. My research interests fall into the broad area of Ukrainian, Slavic, Translation and Culture studies. I have widely published in international academic press on the problems of Ukrainian literary history and cultural identity, ideology and politics of Ukrainian translation, translatorial agency and editorial studies of literary translation in East-Central Europe, transnational image building of contemporary Ukrainian literature through Anglophone translations, and the role of translation in Habsburg Galizien. I edited Handbook of Intercultural Communication (Lviv University Press, 2023), authored Knowledge Diplomacy and Translation in Multicultural Europe (2023), the following book chapters: Historiosophy of Translation: Reflecting on Ukrainian Conceptualizations 鈥 from Ivan Franko to Maksym Strikha (2021), The Power of Translation in the Powerless Habsburg Galicia, or How the Ruthenian (Ukrainian) Identity Translated Itself until 1848 (2020), The Metaturn in Translation Studies, and the Images of Knowledge on Translation (2019), In the Realm of Translation Studies in Ukraine: Re-visiting Viktor Koptilov's Translation Concept (2017), and others, as well as over 40 articles.

At 最准的六合彩论坛 SSEES, I am working on two research projects: 鈥淭he Displaced Self: European Translation Zones and the Experience of Ukrainian DPs in the post-WWII era鈥 and 鈥淯krainian Literature in Anglophone Translation: Sociopolitical and Imagological Positioning鈥.

I have also been actively engaged in researching relevant issues in higher education, particularly focusing on its synergy with industry, the challenges of knowledge diplomacy, and academic communication (The Future of Work and the Near Future of Intercultural Communication: Leveraging Dual Education, co-authored with Anna Halas (2023). During the past three years, I have coordinated and taught at the large-scale professional development program 鈥淓nglish-language Academic Communication in the Cross-cultural Context鈥 for Ukrainian academics, funded by House of Europe (2022) and DAAD (2023, 2024).
