New book: 'How To Think About Religious Schools'

Matthew Clayton, Andrew Mason, Ruth Wareham and Adam Swift provide a clear framework for understanding debates about religious schools, offer three different philosophical perspectives and a thought-provoking account of how religious schools in England should be regulated

Adam Swift, Professor of Political Theory at ×î×¼µÄÁùºÏ²ÊÂÛ̳, is co-author of a new book about the ethics and regulation of religious schooling. Written in an accessible style, , clearly sets out the various moral considerations at stake and suggests a method for moving from philosophical principles to policy proposals. The book ends with some concrete suggestions about how religious schools in England should be regulated - and about how religion should be taught in all schools.
