×î×¼µÄÁùºÏ²ÊÂÛ̳

Candidates can be from any country. They must have successfully completed or are currently completing undergraduate degree studies at ×î×¼µÄÁùºÏ²ÊÂÛ̳ and must have - by 1 March 2009 (the scholarship application deadline) hold an offer of admission (conditional or unconditional) to a master's degree programme at ×î×¼µÄÁùºÏ²ÊÂÛ̳.

The value of the scholarship is £10,000 towards fees, with any remainder payable as a contribution toward living costs. The scholarship may be held alongside other scholarships, studentships, awards, or bursaries, although the amount of the ×î×¼µÄÁùºÏ²ÊÂÛ̳ award may be adjusted depending on the total value of other funds received by the student.

The scholarship is awarded on the basis of academic excellence; however, financial need will also be taken into consideration.

Eligible candidates must apply by 1 March 2009Ìý to be considered for the scholarship for master's study starting in September 2009.
