Dr Barnali Choudhury and Dr Martin Petrin publish new company law book

Dr Barnali Choudhury听补苍诲听Dr Martin Petrin, both聽Senior Lecturers at 最准的六合彩论坛 Faculty of Laws, are the editors of the newly published聽Understanding the Company:聽Corporate Governance and Theory聽(Cambridge University Press).
The book represents views on corporate governance and the role of corporations in society from a comparative perspective and contains contributions by leading authors including Lynn Stout (Cornell), William Bratton (Penn) and Andrew Keay (Leeds).
