Strategic Change Office

The newly established Strategic Change Office is dedicated to turning our ambitious long-term goals into actionable programmes and ensuring their successful delivery.

We are in the process of creating a team who will ensure the successful delivery of strategic initiatives within the Vice-President Operations聽area.聽 This will involve overseeing all phases of the programme lifecycle, from planning to execution, ensuring that programmes are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

The Strategic Change Office will:

  • support senior leaders to make informed decisions about resources, budgets and project prioritisation;
  • implement robust Portfolio, Programme, and Project Management (PPM) frameworks that uphold best practices;
  • manage interdependencies between programmes, fostering seamless collaboration across the university;
  • ensure that every initiative realises its benefits and contributes to our institutional strategy.
