This newly appointed post will go alongside her work as Adviser to the United Nations on digital cities and digital rights as well as her work as Adviser for the European Commission on Innovation Policy.Ìý

Through her work as Honorary Professor at IIPP, Francesca explores themes of digital innovation as it pertains to the municipal experience in her lecture Smart Cities and Digital Transformation: The Municipal Experience. This lecture is part of the Creative Bureaucracies module ofÌýIIPP’s MPA programme, providing students with in-depth understanding of innovation in economic, technology and organisations—alongside cutting-edge thinking around public administration and governance.
