Provost鈥檚 Spirit of Enterprise Award - Bartlett School of Environment, Energy and Resources win

On the 4th June the Bartlett School of Environment, Energy and Resources team won the 最准的六合彩论坛 Provost鈥檚 Spirit of Enterprise Award alongside a commendation.

Winners with provost

The Bartlett School of Environment Energy and Resources (BSEER) won the Provost鈥檚 Spirit of Enterprise award and received a commendation for its innovative approaches to enterprise in 最准的六合彩论坛. This prestigious 最准的六合彩论坛 award highlighted the successes of the School鈥檚 work developing a partnerships approach to enterprise which sits across research, teaching and consultancy, led by Kim Novelli (Research Manager) and Professor Paul Ruyssevelt (former Partnerships Director).

Commendation of the聽Provost鈥檚 Spirit of Enterprise award聽was also given to the team (Hector Altamirano, Peter Rickaby, Valentina Marincioni and Yasemin Aktas and Colin King) for their聽contribution to driving a collaborative approach to tackling major global economic and health problems in damp buildings.

About BSEER鈥檚 partnerships model

Over the past five years, BSEER has developed a partnerships approach to enterprise which sits across research, teaching and consultancy. The school now employs a full-time Partnerships Manager (Elinor Kruse) overseeing the development and maintenance of relationships with a large number of partners who support research projects, sponsor post-graduate students and commission consultancy.聽

Paul Ruyssevelt said:

In BSEER we鈥檝e applied innovation to our enterprise activities to develop a partnerships policy which establishes long-term strategic relationships with government, industry and third sector organisations to provide support for academic endeavours and generate income that delivers benefits across the school.鈥


Kim Novelli said:

It is fantastic that the work of professional services staff has been recognised and in BSEER all staff feel able to contribute to the achievements of the four Institutes.鈥
