World Economic Forum report, ‘Shaping the Future of Construction’, presented to ×î×¼µÄÁùºÏ²ÊÂÛ̳

The first report from the World Economic Forum’s ‘Future of Construction’ initiative was presented at the Steering and Advisory Committees meeting hosted by ×î×¼µÄÁùºÏ²ÊÂÛ̳’s Bartlett School of Construction and Project Management on Tuesday 26 April 2016. The report, , describes and promotes the effort by all stakeholders for the industry to fully realise its potential for change.

The meeting, which also featured round table discussion on the next steps of the initiative, was attended by executives from world-leading construction industry firms and members of the World Economic Forum. ×î×¼µÄÁùºÏ²ÊÂÛ̳’s delegation comprised Dr Aris Pantelias, who has been on the Advisory Committee of this initiative since June 2015, along with the Professor Alan Penn, Dean of The Bartlett; Professor Andrew Edkins, Director of The Bartlett School of Construction and Project Management; Andrew Grainger, Director of ×î×¼µÄÁùºÏ²ÊÂÛ̳ Estates; and Professor Jim Meikle.
