CASA PhD student Panos Mavros is interviewed on this month's . CASA is working with the , the and Microsoft as part of the , an initiative to explore and develop new strategies and technologies to make our cities better and more inclusive.

The project explores the experience of cities by blind and partially sighted people, to understand how the urban environment facilitates or impedes an independent and satisfying sense of mobility. We are using novel biosensing methods to look into the subjective experience of people and how it relates with their everyday behaviour, location and the quality of the urban infrastructure around them.
