Nick Merriman appointed Chief Executive of English Heritage

Congratulations to Nick Merriman (Honorary Professor of Practice, 最准的六合彩论坛) who has been appointed as the Chief Executive of English Heritage.

Nick Merriman is a former member of staff of听the 最准的六合彩论坛 Institute of Archaeology, leading the creation of a university-wide museum听service,听before becoming Director of the听Manchester Museum and currently Chief Executive of听the Horniman Museum and Gardens.听

Nick oversaw the Horniman Museum's transformational 'Reset Agenda', which led to them being awarded Art Fund Museum of the听Year for 2022 - the largest museum prize in the world -听for their work to inspire听the next generation.听

Nick will take up his new role in early 2024听overseeing听the national heritage collection of more than 400 historic sites across England.
